Q: When do orders ship?
A: Orders ship between Monday-Friday
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are 9 am- 4 pm MST Monday-Friday (unless it’s a holiday; then we are closed)
Q: How long will it take me to get my order?
A: Items take 7-10 business days to ship. Our OFFICIAL business days are Monday-Friday. From there items take 1-4 business days to get to you through USPS.
Q: Can I return my items?
A: No, we do not do any returns. ALL SALES ARE FINIAL. If an item comes damaged within 24 hours of you receiving the package please email us with your order number and images of the damage. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Q: Do your products contain preservatives?
A: NO! We do not use any unnecessary ingredients in our products.
